User Account Issue

We are currently aware of an issue which prevents users from resetting their user account password and accessing their previous reward balances from our previous website.

We are looking into this issue and will advise as soon as it is resolved. 

In the meantime, you may still use the guest checkout feature. For those who have placed orders but were unable to link it to their accounts, the reward points you would have gained will be added to your account once the issue is resolved.
