Processing times

Current processing times is currently 2.5 weeks for all orders. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, after which the below delivery time estimates will apply.

Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

All our candles are handmade in New Zealand and the following delivery targets serve as a guide only provided by NZPost and therefore we cannot guarantee your candle will arrive within the target delivery times:

- New Zealand: Up to 3 Business Days

- Australia: 3 - 6 Business Days

- Canada: 14 -35 Business Days

- Rest of the World: 6 - 10 Business Days

(Delivery to rural or remote locations may take longer)

How long will it take to make my order?

Since our candles are made to order, our processing times will vary throughout the year. The availability and processing times will always be indicated and updated per listing. Although we'll try our very best to meet the processing times, there may be rare occasions where we may exceed these times but we'll let you know if we need to exceed our processing time for any reason.

Is my order tracked?

To keep shipping costs as low as we possibly can, we choose to send all our candles untracked by default. However, if you wish to pay extra for a tracked or expedited shipping service you can email us and we can provide a shipping estimate for you.

I haven't received my order yet!

Unfortunately if you choose the untracked shipping method we have no way of finding out exactly where your items have gone. We ask that you please wait until the estimated delivery target time has been reached before contacting us. We will then get in contact with NZPost to begin the parcel recovery process. 

Customs and Taxes

What about Customs and Taxes?

Please get in touch with us before placing your order if this applies to you. For international sales, we're not liable for any additional customs or import taxes that may apply to your region. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.

Damages and Returns

My candles arrived damaged!

If there is visible damage to the outside of the package please take immediate photos before opening the box to inspect the candles. Please also take photos inside each box as they're opened and send us the photos as soon as you're able. This will speed up damage recovery processes with NZPost and will allow us to send you a replacement sooner. 

Returns

If your candle arrives damaged or you're unhappy with your candle in any way please get a hold of us in the first instance. Damaged candles will be replaced however, we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or if you have purchased a custom design.

Glitter Club Rewards

What is Glitter Club?

Glitter Club is our rewards program we wanted to implement as a thank you to our most loyal fans. Its a loyalty program where you can earn 'Stars' for various actions and save them to earn various money discounts at different tiers. The program also allows you to refer your friends and family while at the same time rewarding you both.

How do I sign up?

Sign up is absolutely free! Just follow the directions in the launcher on the bottom right of your screen. 

How do I earn points?

There are several ways to earn points:

- Share us on Facebook and earn 50 stars

- Share us on Instagram and earn 50 stars

- Sign up and receive 100 stars

- Place an order and earn 2 points per $1 spent. (excludes shipping total)

More will be added over the course of the year.

What rewards can I use my Stars on?

Please refer to the Launcher on the bottom right of your screen to see the current rewards on offer.

What are the rewards for referring a friend?

Your referred friend will receive their own personal 10% discount code for use on their first order. You will receive a code for a $5 discount that can be redeemed when your friend uses your referral code. 

How will I know how many Stars I have?

When you log into the Launcher it will show you the amount of Stars you have. You will also receive email notifications when you earn Stars, spend Stars, or your friends use your referral code.

Do my Stars expire?

They currently do not expire.

Can I give Stars to friends or family?

There is currently no way to gift your stars to other people currently.

Is there any limit to how many people I can refer?

No there isn't! You can refer as many people as you like, but remember, you will only receive your reward if your friend makes their first purchase using your referral code.

Wholesale and Collaborations

Do you accept wholesale and collaboration requests?

Yes absolutely. Please get in touch with us we'd love to hear from you. We can provide exclusive and new label designs for new book releases, book boxes, or individual candles. This can include new wax-melts and scents we've never used before depending on the time-frame you need your candles. Please allow at least 2-4 weeks lead time for wholesale or collaboration requests.
